Information about the judgment of the Supreme Administrative Court GLOBE TRADE CENTRE S.A. (Incorporated and registered in Poland with KRS No. 61500) (Share code on the WSE: GTC.S.A) (Share code on the JSE: GTC ISIN: PLGTC0000037) (“GTC” or “the Company”) Current report number: 4/2017 Date: 4 April 2017 Subject: Information about the judgment of the Supreme Administrative Court cancelling the decisions regarding the environmental terms for the construction of the Wilanów Shopping Centre Globe Trade Centre S.A. (the “Company”) announces that on 4 April 2017 it obtained information that the Supreme Administrative Court cancelled both the judgment of the Voivodeship Administrative Court in Warsaw and the decisions of the Local-Government Appeals Board (Samorzadowe Kolegium Odwolawcze) in Warsaw and the Mayor of the Capital City of Warsaw determining the environmental terms for the construction of the Wilanów Shopping Centre. The judgment and decisions were cancelled on the grounds that the environmental impact report regarding the project contains insufficient information regarding the impact the liquidation of the project will have on the environment. A new decision determining the environmental terms of the project must be obtained for the building permit for the Wilanów Shopping Centre to be issued. The Company is currently analysing in detail the consequences of the above-referenced judgment of the Supreme Administrative Court on the completion of the Wilanów Shopping Centre.
