NOTIFICATION IN TERMS OF SECTION 122(3) OF THE COMPANIES ACT AND
SECTION 3.83(b) OF THE JSE LISTINGS REQUIREMENTS

In accordance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act, 71 of
2008 as amended ("the Act"), and section 3.83(b) of the JSE
Limited Listings Requirements, holders of ordinary shares in the
Company are advised that following the acquisition of further
ordinary shares in the Company, Protea Asset Management LLC and
Conduit   Capital    Limited,    increased  its   direct   beneficial
interests   in   the    ordinary    shares of   the   Company   ("the
securities"), such that the beneficial interests in the
securities of the Company amount to 25.04% of the total number of
shares in issue.

Calgro M3 hereby confirms that it has received the required
notices from Protea Asset Management LLC and Conduit Capital
Limited in terms of Section 122(1) of the Act and as required in
terms of section 122(3)(a) of the Act, Calgro M3 has filed the
required notices with the Takeover Regulation Panel.
