DEALINGS IN SECURITIES PURSUANT TO THE RIGHTS OFFER
In compliance with the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, the following directors of the
Company, their associates, the company secretary, and directors of major subsidiaries of
the Company, have, on 31 March 2017, elected to follow their rights pursuant to the
Rights Offer by Life Healthcare, as announced on the Stock Exchange News Service on 23
March 2017 and further detailed in the circular to shareholders dated 28 March 2017. The
Rights Offer shares will be issued on 18 April 2017.
In terms of the Rights Offer, 367 346 939 Rights Offer shares were offered to Life
Healthcare shareholders in the ratio of 34.21659 new Rights Offer shares for every 100
shares held at the close of trade on Friday, 31 March 2017 at a price of R24.50 per Rights
Offer share.
