subsidiary accepted rights to participate in the Company’s Long Term Incentive Plan. Conditional awards in
respect of ordinary shares in terms of the rules of the Long Term Incentive Plan are made and accepted off
market, subject to specified performance conditions measured over a period of three years and will vest if such
conditions are met at the end of the three- year performance period.
The allocations below have been approved by the Remuneration and Human Resources Committee of the
Company. The 30-day VWAP used to value the Life Healthcare ordinary shares the subject of the conditional
