Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 22 March 2017 that RBA has been
placed in final liquidation.


After consultation with the JSE, Exchange Sponsors has resigned as Designated Adviser of the company with
immediate effect.


The JSE has undertaken to engage directly with the liquidators in future.
