Further to the pre-listing announcement published by the Company on 3 March 2017 (‘Pre-Listing

proposed secondary listing on the JSE. This decision was reached taking into consideration the recent
market volatility that has impacted investor appetite in South Africa and the strong interest received
from investors in the United Kingdom resulting in a successful capital raise of GBP78.5 million. The
Company and the investment manager, Foresight Group, will continue to evaluate the opportunity to
secondary list in South Africa.
