LISTING OF ADDITIONAL NEWWAVE USD EXCHANGE TRADED NOTES

Following subscriptions in respect of 11,000,000 USD Notes, an additional 11,000,000 USD Notes
have, from commencement of business today, been issued and listed on the JSE at an issue price of
approximately ZAR12.81 per USD Note.

After the additional issue, there will be 41,335,177 NEWUSD Notes in issue.
