share in his own name and 9,800 Ordinary Shares at a price of 53.5 pence per share, in his SIPP.
Also on 27 March 2017, Andrew Coombs sold 45,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 53.5 pence per share.
Following these transactions, the beneficial holding of Andrew Coombs in the Company increased to
4,445,653 shares, representing approximately 0.51% of the issued share capital of the Company.
