PUBLICATION OF CIRCULAR AND DETAILS REGARDING TRADING UPDATE
Further to the rights offer finalisation announcement (“Finalisation Announcement”) released on SENS on 23 March 2017 and
published in the press on 24 March 2017, Life Healthcare confirms that the rights offer circular will be published on Life Healthcare’s
website (www.lifehealthcare.co.za), today 28 March 2017 and will be posted to qualifying certificated shareholders on 30
March 2017. Where applicable, the rights offer circular will be posted to qualifying dematerialised shareholders on 4 April 2017.
With reference to the current trading commentary set out in the Finalisation Announcement and the rights offer circular, Life
Healthcare shareholders are advised that the Company expects to have greater clarity regarding the matters set out in the trading
update and intends to release an announcement in relation thereto on or about 4 April 2017 including a trading statement if
required.
