With regard to the audited results for the year ended 2016, shareholders are advised that the annual
financial statements will be distributed to shareholders today, 23 March 2017 and contain no modifications
to the audited results which were published on SENS on 22 February 2017.

Notice of the annual general meeting
Notice is hereby given that the 77Th annual general meeting of Hulamin shareholders will be held at the
Company offices, Moses Mabhida Road, Pietermaritzburg, on Wednesday, 26 April 2017 at 15h00 to
transact the business as stated in the annual general meeting notice forming part of the annual financial
statements.
