Final liquidation of RBA

1. Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 2 March 2017.

2. Shareholders of the Company are hereby notified that the High Court of South Africa (Western Cape
   Division, Cape Town) has today granted an order discontinuing the business rescue proceedings and 
   placing the Company into final liquidation.
 
3. Copies of the court order are available as follows: 
3.1. An electronic copy of the order will be transmitted by electronic mail to all shareholders of the 
     Company on request by the shareholder for such a copy; 
3.2. A hard copy of the order will be made available to all shareholders of the Company, free of charge, 
     on request by the shareholder for such a copy of the application; 
3.3. A copy of the order will be available on the website www.rbaholdings.co.za as soon as possible; and
