APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTORS

In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings
Requirements, the board of directors (“Board”) has appointed two
new independent non-executive directors effective 20 March 2017
and welcomes them to the Board. The details of the two new
directors are listed below, together with a brief CV of each
director:

    - Raj Naidu
      B Com, University of Cape Town; C.A. (S.A.)
      Postgraduate Diploma in Accountancy, University of Kwa-Zulu
      Natal
      Postgraduate   Diploma  in   Banking   Law,  University  of
      Johannesburg

        Raj was a partner at Deloitte in the Financial Institutions
        Team and Corporate Finance practices.

        He was previously a group general manager at Sasol Limited
        responsible for corporate finance, investor relations and
        shareholder value management and during this time, Raj
        chaired the audit committee of Sasol Petroleum International,
        served on the board of trustees for Sasol’s Group Enterprise
        Development Trust and worked closely with global investment
        banks and global consulting firms.

        Raj currently manages the Pritor group of companies that
        provide corporate development advisory and investment
        services.

    - Mamokete Ramathe
      B Com (Financial Accounting) (Business Finance), University
      of the Witwatersrand
      B Com Honours (Business Management), University of South
      Africa
      Masters   Degree   (Development   Finance),   University   of
      Stellenbosch
      Masters Degree in Leading Innovation and Change, York St John
      University



Mamokete’s career has spanned across corporate finance advisory,
private equity finance, mezzanine finance and infrastructure
project finance.

She is a member of the Institute of Directors Southern Africa,
member of the International Women’s Forum South Africa, member of
the Board of Trustees for Vodacom Provident Fund and a non-
executive director of Novate Advisory (Pty) Ltd.

Mamokete is currently the executive head in the mergers and
acquisitions division at Vodacom Group Pty Ltd, responsible for
evaluating and executing acquisition opportunities and other
corporate activity.

The appointment of Raj and Mamokete will enhance the independence
of the Board’s composition and the Board looks forward to their
contribution.
