PUBLICATION OF THE SUPPLEMENTS TO THE BASE PROSPECTUSES IN RESPECT OF
NOTES, WARRANTS AND CERTIFICATES IN RELATION TO THE NOTE, WARRANT AND
CERTIFICATE PROGRAMME (the “Programme”)

The Issuers prepared a seventh supplement dated 28 February 2017 (the
"Seventh Supplement in respect of Notes") which is supplemental to,
and should be read in conjunction with, the base prospectus dated 9
June 2016 (the "Base Prospectus in respect of Notes"), the first
supplement to the Base Prospectus dated 14 June 2016 (the "First
Supplement in respect of Notes"), the second supplement to the Base
Prospectus dated 21 June 2016 (the “Second Supplement in respect of
Notes”), the third supplement to the Base Prospectus dated 4 August
2016 (the “Third Supplement in respect of Notes”), the fourth
supplement to the Base Prospectus dated 15 September 2016 (the “Fourth
Supplement in respect of Notes”), the fifth supplement to the Base
Prospectus dated 12 October 2016 (the “Fifth Supplement in respect of
Notes”)and the sixth supplement to the Base Prospectus dated 9
November 2016 (the “Sixth Supplement in respect of Notes”) in respect
of Notes issued under the Programme.

The Issuers prepared a fifth supplement dated 28 February 2017 (the
"Fifth Supplement in respect of Warrants") which is supplemental to,
and should be read in conjunction with, the base prospectus dated 9
June 2016 (the "Base Prospectus in respect of Warrants"), the first
supplement to the Base Prospectus dated 28 June 2016 (the "First
Supplement in respect of Warrants"), the second supplement to the Base
Prospectus dated 4 August 2016 (the "Second Supplement in respect of
Warrants"), the third supplement to the Base Prospectus dated 12
October 2016 (the "Third Supplement in respect of Warrants") and the
fourth supplement to the Base Prospectus dated 9 November 2016 (the
"Fourth Supplement in respect of Warrants") in respect of Warrants
issued under the Programme.

The Issuers prepared a fourth supplement dated 28 February 2017 (the
"Fourth Supplement in respect of Certificates") which is supplemental
to, and should be read in conjunction with, the base prospectus dated
9 June 2016 (the "Base Prospectus in respect of Certificates") and the
first supplement to the Base Prospectus dated 4 August 2016 (the
"First Supplement in respect of Certificates"), the second supplement
to the Base Prospectus dated 12 October 2016 (the "Second Supplement
in respect of Certificates") and the third supplement to the Base
Prospectus dated 9 November 2016 (the "Third Supplement in respect of
Certificates") in respect of Certificates issued under the Programme.

The Seventh Supplement in respect of Notes, the Fifth Supplement in
respect of Warrants and the Fourth Supplement in respect of
Certificates, are collectively referred to as the “Supplements”.
