Go Life increases its product range and service offering; as well as expands its market potential to 13 African countries 
and India via an agreement concluded with Elysium Healthcare Limited (“Elysium”) and withdrawal of cautionary announcement


Highlights:

Go Life shall now have access to generic and pharmaceutical medicine,additionally to its already existing nutraceutical range;

Go Life shall now be able to offer extensive medical services and equipment;

Go Life shall now have access to extensive production and manufacturing capability;

Go Life shall have access to an well-established e-commerce platform;

Go Life shall expand its markets and footprints to 25 countries with a total population of approximately 2.5 billion people; and

Go Life shall be assisted with regulatory approval, distribution and marketing by an experienced and established partner.


1. Introduction and Agreement Overview

With reference to the cautionary announcement released on the 28th of February 2017, Go Life International is pleased to announce 
an agreement concluded with Elysium Healthcare Ltd to become strategic partners.

The terms of the agreement will be separately disclosed to shareholders once detailed agreements have been concluded.


2. Background on Elysium Healthcare Ltd

Elysium Healthcare Ltd is a Mauritian Registered Company with License number (C16135315) located at Level 3, Plot 40, The Catalyst 
Building, Silicon Avenue, Ebene, Mauritius.


Elysium Healthcare Ltd offers the following services:

Healthcare Infrastructure Planning, Healthcare Equipment Provision, Drug Distribution and Supply, Healthcare Marketing Management, 
Healthcare Personnel Recruitment, Consumable Supply Chain Logistics, Healthcare Facility Management and Pharmaceutical Development.


Elysium Healthcare Ltd also offers and the following products:

Hospital Info-Tech, Radio-diagnostics, Ambulances, Intensive Care, Operating Theatre, Laboratory, Surgical Instruments, Maternal & 
Child Health, Hospital Furniture, Hospital Flooring, Cardiology, Neurology


Elysium Healthcare Ltd is also present in the following countries:

India, Mauritania, Senegal, Mali, Cote D’Ivoire, Benin, Cameroon, Gabon,Rwanda, Uganda, Kenya, Ethiopia, Madagascar and Mauritius.



3. Rationale for the Elysium Agreement

The strategic partnership between Go Life International and Elysium Healthcare Ltd is a mutually beneficial agreement.

Go Life will become the exclusive nutraceutical partner and provider to Elysium Healthcare Ltd. This will also further expand the 
products and range of medicines that Elysium Healthcare Ltd can offer, by the addition of Go Life Products.

Go Life shall also have access to and be able to provide the generic and pharmaceutical medicines that Elysium Healthcare can produce
and source. Go Life shall also now be able to offer the medical equipment and services that Elysium Healthcare Ltd can provide.

Go Life will have access to the large scale manufacturing and production capability of Elysium Healthcare Ltd, which shall allow Go Life
to deliver on substantial orders and contracts with ease.Go Life International shall also be able to make use of the well-established 
e-commerce platform that Elysium Healthcare Ltd has in place, which will offer another sales and marketing channel to Go Life and its 
products.

Go Life shall now be able to enter the markets and countries that Elysium Healthcare Ltd already has a footprint in, as mentioned above. 
Go Life shall assist Elysium Healthcare Ltd to enter the following Southern African Countries: South Africa, Namibia, Angola, Botswana, 
Zimbabwe, Mozambique, Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi, Lesotho and Swaziland.

Elysium Healthcare Ltd shall also be able to assist Go Life International to obtain regulatory approval in the countries it has a footprint 
in. Go Life shall also make use of the established marketing and distribution networks which Elysium Healthcare Ltd has in its current 
counties and markets. Go Life shall also on its part assist Elysium Healthcare Ltd with marketing and distribution in the Southern African 
Countries.

Go Life International has committed to research and develop new nutraceutical products for Elysium Healthcare Ltd.

Go Life International shall also provide assistance and support to Elysium Healthcare Ltd in development and operations of retirement, 
frail-care and Alzheimer centres.

This partnership shall thus be able to initially together reach 25 countries with an approximate population of 2.5 billion people and 
potential customers.



4. Financial effect of the Agreement

Go Life International shareholders are hereby advised that there has been no significant financial expenditure or any share transactions 
with regard to this agreement and that only high level principles have been agreed to.



5. Withdrawal of Cautionary Announcement

Shareholders are advised that the cautionary announcement published on the 28th of February 2017 is now withdrawn.

Go Life has its primary listing on the Stock Exchange Mauritius and a secondary listing on the AltX of the JSE The Board of Directors of 
Go Life accepts full responsibility for the accuracy of the information contained in this communiqué which is issued pursuant to Listing
Rule 11.3 and the Securities Act 2005.
