UPDATE REGARDING THE HUSO CIRCULAR

Trustco shareholders (“Shareholders”) are referred to the announcements published on the Stock Exchange
News Service (“SENS”) on 17 November 2016, 24 November 2016 and 12 January 2017 (and using the terms
defined therein unless otherwise stated) wherein Shareholders were provided with details pertaining to the
Amendments to the Huso Transaction and the Huso Circular.

Trustco is preparing the Huso Circular and wishes to notify Shareholders that the Huso Circular will be posted
to Shareholders by no later than 31 May 2017. A further announcement will be made notifying Shareholders
that the Huso Circular has been posted.
