NOTIFICATION OF MAJOR INTEREST IN SHARES


In compliance with section 91(2) of the Mauritian Companies Act 2001 shareholders are advised that on 3 March
2017, Astoria received notification from Peregrine Equities Proprietary Limited (“Peregrine Equities”) of the
acquisition by Peregrine Equities on 1 March 2017 of Astoria shares such that Peregrine Equities’ now holds 10.46%
of Astoria’s total issued shares.

Astoria has its primary listing on the Stock Exchange of Mauritius Ltd, and a secondary listing on the AltX of the JSE
and the main board of the NSX.
