HOUSTON, March 3, 2017 - Erin Energy Corporation (Erin Energy or the Company) (NYSE MKT:ERN)
(JSE:ERN) has scheduled release of its 2016 full year and fourth quarter results to occur after close of
market on Wednesday, March 15, 2017. The Company will host a conference call on Thursday, March
16, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. CT (11:00 a.m. ET) to discuss the results and update its current operations.
