No Change Statement
Shareholders are advised that the Company’s Integrated Report incorporating, inter alia,
the financial statements for the twelve months ended 31 August 2016 and a notice of the
annual general meeting, was posted to shareholders on Tuesday, 28 February 2017 and is
available on the Company’s website, www.labat.co.za.

The audited condensed consolidated annual financial statements contain no
modifications to the Reviewed provisional condensed consolidated financial results for the
year ended 31 August 2016 released on SENS on 30 November 2016.

Notice of Annual General Meeting
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of ordinary shareholders will be
held at 10:00 on Tuesday, 2 May 2017, at 23 Kroton Avenue, Weltevreden Park, to transact
the business as stated in the notice of annual general meeting forming part of the
Integrated Report.

Record Dates
The record date on which shareholders of the Company must be registered as such in the
Company’s securities register in order to attend and vote at the annual general meeting is
Friday, 21 April 2017. The last day to trade in order to be eligible to vote at the annual
general meeting will accordingly be Tuesday, 18 April 2017.
