The anticipated results for the six month period ended 31 December 2016 reflects the expected return to profitability. All business segments have contributed in-line with expectations for the first half of the 2017 financial year and the balance sheet remains strong. The Company expects to release the Group Interim Report for the six months ended 31 December 2016 on SENS on or about 14 March 2017. Accordingly, shareholders of the Company are advised that: - earnings per share (“EPS”) for the six months ended 31 December 2016 is expected to improve by at least 350% (177.1 cents) from the loss per share of 50.6 cents reported for the six months ended 31 December 2015; and - headline earnings per share (“HEPS”) for the six months ended 31 December 2016 is expected to improve by at least 340% (174.4 cents) from the headline loss per share of 51.3 cents reported for the six months ended 31 December 2015. There is currently insufficient certainty to enable the Group to provide specific guidance as to the eventual extent of the expected increase in both EPS and HEPS and it is anticipated that the Company will release a further trading statement on SENS once the Company is in a position to provide specific guidance.
