CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Shareholders are advised that due to her having accepted full time employment and her not being able to
continue her commitment on the Delta Board, Ms Marelise de Lange has resigned as an independent non-
executive director to the board of Delta with effect from 23 February 2017.

The board wishes to express their thanks to Marelise for her contribution to the Company.
