CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS – APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTOR


In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited (“JSE”), the board of
directors of Omnia (“the Board”) hereby advises its shareholders that Professor Nick Binedell has been
appointed as an independent non-executive director of Omnia with immediate effect.

Nick, who holds a PhD from the University of Washington in Seattle, an MBA from the University of Cape Town
and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Rhodes University, is Professor of Strategic Leadership at the
University of Pretoria’s Gordon Institute of Business Science (GIBS), of which he was the founding Director as
well as Dean.

After an initial career in the mining and manufacturing sectors, he served the last 30 years of his career in
business education. His experience in management education includes serving on the International
Management Board of The Association of MBAs (AMBA). He also served two terms as chairman of the South
African Business Schools Association (SABSA) and during 2015 was a visiting professor at the London
Business School.

The Board welcomes Nick and looks forward to his contributions to the Company.
