Conversion ratio Investors will be entitled to 0.176977 (“the conversion ratio”) Satrix ILBI Securities for every letter of allocation (“LA”) issued. The LAs will be converted to Satrix ILBI securities in the subscriber’s CSDP or broker account and standard rounding is applicable. 2. Issued securities and listing An additional in-specie subscription for 2 000 000 (two million) securities of the Satrix ILBI Securities was received on Tuesday, 21 February 2017.
