APPOINTMENT OF INDEPENDENT NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Clicks Group is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms Nonkululeko
(“Nonku”) Gobodo as an independent non-executive director and member of the
group’s audit and risk committee with effect from 1 March 2017.

Ms Gobodo (56) was a founder and former executive chairman of
SizweNtsalubaGobodo, the country’s largest black-owned accounting firm, and
previously served on committees of the Independent Regulatory Board of
Auditors and the SA Institute of Chartered Accountants.

Clicks Group chairman David Nurek said: “Nonku is a highly respected
accounting and auditing professional with extensive business and leadership
experience. We welcome her to the group and look forward to her contribution to
the board.”

She is currently the chief executive officer of Nkululeko Leadership Consulting,
chairman of Mpumelelo Ventures, and a non-executive director of Mercedes
Benz SA and PPC Limited.

On Ms Gobodo’s appointment to the group’s audit and risk committee on 1
March 2017, independent non-executive director David Nurek will stand down
from the committee at the same date.
