RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT


Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcements issued on 14 October 2016,
24 November 2016 and 6 January 2017 respectively, and are advised that the Company
remains in acquisition negotiations, further details of which will be announced in due
course. In addition, shareholders are also advised that the date for the payment of the
remaining R4.550 million by Arbitrage Investment Holdings Proprietary Limited has been
extended to 15 March 2017.

Shareholders are accordingly advised to continue to exercise caution when dealing in
their shares until a further announcement is made.
