RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT

Shareholders are referred to the:
-       previous cautionary announcements, the last of which was dated 10 January 2017;
-       quarterly update released on SENS on 27 January 2017; and
-       SENS announcement, dated 29 July 2016, relating to the voluntary suspension of the
        Company’s shares on the JSE Limited,
and are advised that the Company continues to explore various opportunities with a view to re-
establishing the Company (in either its current or another form) as a going concern.


Accordingly, shareholders are advised to exercise caution should they enter into any off-market
trades in relation to their MRI shares until a further announcement is made.
