as such in terms of the Collective Investment Schemes Control Act,
45 of 2002

RESULTS OF THE INITIAL OFFER FOR THE SATRIX ILBI PORTFOLIO (“THE
PORTFOLIO”)

Further to the announcement released on SENS on Monday, 6 February
2017 regarding the listing approval and the initial public offer
(“the offer”) for subscription to the portfolio, Satrix Managers
(RF) Pty Limited hereby announce the results of the offer.

1. Cash subscription

The total cash subscription to the offer is for an amount of R
11 389 000(Eleven million three hundred and eighty nine thousand
rand). One letter of allocation (“LA”) was issued for every rand
subscribed to the subscriber’s CSDP or broker account and the
corresponding rand amount debited.

2. Conversion ratio of the LAs

STRATE will convert the LAs to Satrix securities in the subscriber’s
CSDP or broker account accounts in terms of the conversion ratios
that will be published on Wednesday, 22 February 2017.
