CHANGE IN DIRECTORATE

strengthening Liberty’s relationship with Standard Bank, Liberty Holdings is
very pleased to announce that Mr David Charles Munro has been appointed as a
Non-executive Director of Liberty Holdings Limited, effective 15 February
2017.   Mr Munro is the Chief Executive, Corporate and Investment Banking,
Standard Bank Group and is a member of the Standard Bank Group Executive
Committee.
