Subject: Final valid building permit decision regarding the Ada Mall project in Belgrade

The Management Board of Globe Trade Centre S.A. (“GTC”) hereby announces that on 14 February
2017 its fully owned subsidiary, GTC Commercial Development d.o.o., received confirmation that the
a building permit for the construction of the Ada Mall shopping centre in Belgrade became legally
binding.

The above decision allows GTC to proceed with the development and construction of the Ada Mall
project.

Legal grounds: Article 17 section 1 of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament
and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (the market abuse regulation) and repealing
Directive 2003/6/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and Commission Directives
2003/124/EC, 2003/125/EC and 2004/72/EC – inside information.
