MONITORING BUSINESS OF STALLION REACTION

Shareholders are referred to the SENS announcement dated 19
December 2016 relating to the acquisition of the armed response
and monitoring business of Stallion Reaction.

Shareholders are hereby advised that not all conditions precedent
have been fulfilled yet and that parties are in negotiation to
potentially amend the transaction.

Shareholders will be advised of any developments in due course.
