CHANGES TO THE ACCENTUATE LIMITED BOARD

In compliance with Rule 3.59 of the JSE Listing Requirements, Accentuate shareholders are advised of
the following change to the board of directors of the Company (“the Board”).

The Board is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Maarten Coetzee as Executive Financial
Director with effect from 1 February 2017.

Maarten is a chartered accountant registered at SAICA since 2006. In addition he has completed his
Master’s Degree in Business Administration at the Gordon Institute of Business Science in 2014 and has
a Master’s Degree in South African and International Taxation that he obtained from the North-West
University in 2006.

Maarten completed his articles at Meintjies, Vermooten & Partners and soon thereafter joined Deloitte
Consulting on financial management projects in the public and private sectors. He was employed by
Sasol’s Energy division in 2007 where he was employed for more than 8 years in the corporate reporting
environment as senior accountant and the project management environments, where he was the
financial stream lead on various projects covering business improvement as well as mergers and
acquisitions deals. Maarten was recently contracted by Deloitte to fill an executive role with various of
their clients.

Christopher John Povall and Maarten are available to Accentuate during the months of February and
March as a hand-over period.
