AVAILABILITY OF THE INTERIM RESULTS

Resilient wishes to advise bondholders that the interim results for
the period ended 31 December 2016 are available for inspection at the
registered office of the Issuer.

The interim results are also available on the Issuer’s website at
www.resilient.co.za.
