CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders are advised
that Mrs Limpho Hani, an independent non-executive director of Brikor, has resigned with effect from
23 January 2017.

The board thanks Mrs Hani for her contribution to Brikor and wishes her well in her future endeavours.
