Shareholders are advised that Richard Thomas, an independent non-executive director of the Company, has with effect
from 11 January 2017 been appointed as the lead independent non-executive director.

New Frontier has a dual primary listing on the Stock Exchange of Mauritius Ltd (“SEM”) and the Alternative
Exchange of the JSE (“JSE”).
