Supervisory Authority (“RFSA”) and the Bucharest Stock Exchange (“BVB”) as required by BVB Rulebook.

 Publication of the financial results and annual report for the year ended 31 December 2016:                   15 February 2017
 Publication of the financial results for the 1st quarter of 2017:                                                  12 May 2017
 Publication of the financial results for the 1st half of 2017:                                                   8 August 2017
 Publication of the financial results for the 3rd quarter of 2017:                                             10 November 2017

Any revisions of these dates will be notified in advance.

The dates or periods of time for press conferences, meetings with financial analysts/consultants/intermediaries/investors, for the
presentation of financial results and for the annual general meeting will be communicated in due course as applicable.
