Death of a Director




The Board of Wearne regrets to announce the death of Matsobane Khwinana, a non-executive
director of the Company, who passed away in December 2016.

Matsobane was a highly valued member of the board, who brought a wealth of experience,
knowledge and skill to the Company along with strong principles. The board extend their
deepest sympathy to his family and friends.
