Airports Company South Africa responds to the Final Permission
to levy airport charges for 2015/16 to 2019/20.



Airports Company South Africa notes the Final Permission to
levy airport charges for 2015/16 to 2019/20 as promulgated on
the 23rd December 2016.

The Final Permission issued by the Regulating Committee (“the
Committee”) provides for tariff adjustments that can be
summarised as follows:

  -   2015/16   (0.0%)
  -   2016/17   (0.0%)
  -   2017/18   (-35.5%)
  -   2018/19   (5.8%)
  -   2019/20   (7.4%)

Airports Company South Africa will assess the implications of
the Final Permission and determine an appropriate response to
the final determination in order to continue maintaining a
prudent financial profile.

The company will engage with investors and rating agencies
once the details of the response to the final determination
are approved by the company’s Board of Directors.
