RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT


Shareholders are referred to the previous cautionary announcements issued by the
Company, the latest of which was dated 21 November 2016, and are advised that
the Company is still awaiting the final Court Order in the matter of the opposed
application to liquidate the Company. As such, there have been no further
developments with regard to the proposed reverse listing transaction and,
accordingly, the discussions with the JSE regarding the potential termination by the
JSE of the Company’s listing.

Notwithstanding the fact that the Company’s shares remain suspended on the JSE,
shareholders are accordingly advised to continue to exercise caution when dealing in
the Company’s securities until a further announcement is made.
