TRP121: NOTIFICATION OF AN ACQUISITION OF BENEFICIAL INTERESTS IN SECURITIES

In compliance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act 71 of 2008 (“the Companies Act”), regulation 121(2)(b)
of the Companies Act Regulations, 2011 and paragraph 3.83(b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements,
shareholders are advised that the Manager has received notification from Coronation Asset Management Proprietary
Limited (“Coronation”) of the acquisition by Coronation of Liberty Two Degrees participatory interests, such that
Coronation (on behalf of its clients) now holds 5.03% of Liberty Two Degrees’ participatory interests.

As required in terms of section 122(3(a) of the Act, Liberty Two Degrees has filed the required notice with the
Takeover Regulation Panel.
