POSTING OF NOTICE OF ANNUAL SHAREHOLDERS’ MEETING


Shareholders are advised that a notice of the annual shareholders’ meeting of MAS will be posted to
shareholders and will be available on the Company’s website: www.masrei.com, on or before 20 January
2017.

The annual shareholders’ meeting for MAS shareholders will be held at 2nd Floor, Clarendon House, Victoria
Street, Douglas, Isle of Man on 17 February 2017 at 10am GMT.

The last day to trade in order to be eligible to participate in and vote at the annual shareholders’ meeting is
7 February 2017 and the record date for voting purposes is 10 February 2017.

MAS holds a dual primary listing on the Main Board of the JSE and the Euro MTF Market of the LuxSE.
