REBALANCING OF THE SATRIX DIVIDEND PLUS PORTFOLIO

Notice is hereby given that the quarterly review of the FTSE/JSE Dividend
Plus Index has resulted in a rebalancing of the Satrix Dividend Plus
Portfolio.

There have been changes to the Satrix Dividend Plus constituent weightings.
