All of the above purchases were made in terms of the DBP, approved by
shareholders at the annual general meeting held on 3 February 2010. The purpose
of the DBP is to encourage senior executives to use part of their annual bonus
for the purpose of acquiring shares in the Company. Matching shares will be
awarded based on the number of shares held by the relevant employees at the
vesting date, being 16 December 2019. The DBP has a retention effect and
encourages share ownership in the Company.
