NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are referred to Nampak’s announcement of the
Audited Group Results for the year ended 30 September 2016 which
was published on SENS on 21 November 2016 and in the media on
22 November 2016. There have been no changes to the results
published in those announcements and those contained in the
Integrated Annual Report which will be posted to shareholders
today, being the 20th December 2016.
The annual general meeting of the Company will be held at The
Forum ? The Campus, Wanderers building, Campus Office Park, 57
Sloane Street, Bryanston, 2191, South Africa on Wednesday,
1 February 2017 at 12:00 to transact the business as stated in
the annual general meeting notice, which is contained in the
Integrated Annual Report.
SALIENT DATES
The record date for purposes of determining which shareholders
are entitled to receive the notice of annual general meeting was
Friday 2 December 2016.
The record date for shareholders to be recorded in the register
of shareholders of the Company in order to be able to attend,
participate and vote at the annual general meeting is Friday 27
January 2017. Accordingly, the last day to trade in order to be
registered in the Company’s register of shareholders, is Tuesday
24 January 2017.
