Change to the Board of Directors - Retirement of a Director TASTE HOLDINGS LIMITED Incorporated in the Republic of South Africa (Registration number 2000/002239/06) Share code: TAS ISIN: ZAE000081162 (“Taste” or “the Company” or “the Group”) CHANGES TO THE BOARD - RETIREMENT OF DIRECTOR Shareholders are referred to the ‘Changes to the Board’ announcement released on SENS on 24 February 2016, wherein shareholders were advised, inter alia, that Mr Bill Daly (“Bill”) had resigned as Independent Non-Executive Chairman of the board of directors of Taste (“Board”) and was to remain on the Board as an Independent Non- Executive Director, and that Mr Grant Pattison (“Grant”), an Independent Non-Executive Director, was to assume the role of Independent Non-Executive Chairman of Taste. In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited, the Board hereby notifies its shareholders that Bill will retire with effect from 28 February 2017, having overseen a smooth transition to Grant. Bill was appointed as the first Chairman of the Board of Scooters Pizza in 2000, which is the founding entity of the Group. In his 16 year tenure as Chairman and non-executive director, Bill has seen the Group transform from a single brand, start-up business to the multi-branded listed business that Taste is today, representing some of the world’s most admired brands in their respective categories.
