POSTING OF THE ANNUAL REPORT, NOTICE OF AGM AND NO CHANGE STATEMENT


IHL, the hotel and leisure focused property investment company, is pleased to announce that the following documents
have been sent to shareholders today: -

  -   the Annual Report for the year ended 31 August 2016 (the “Annual Report”)
  -   the notice of the Annual General Meeting to be held on 25 January 2016 (“AGM”); and
  -   the form of proxy in respect of the AGM;


(together, the “Documents”).

Please note that the Annual Report contains no material changes to the audited consolidated results for the year ended
31 August 2016, released on Luxembourg Stock Exchange website and the Stock Exchange News Service of the
Johannesburg Stock Exchange (“JSE”) on 29 November 2016.

The AGM will be held at the Company’s Registered Office at Coastal Buildings, Wickham’s Cay II, Road Town
Tortola, British Virgin Islands (“BVI”) VG1110 on Wednesday, 25 January 2017 at 9.00am (BVI local time). The
record date to attend and vote at the AGM is 6.00pm on Friday, 20 January 2017.
