TRADING STATEMENT


In terms of paragraph 3.4(b)(i) of the Listings Requirements of the Johannesburg Stock
Exchange (“JSE”), listed companies are required to publish a trading statement as soon
they become reasonably certain that the financial results for the period to be reported on
will differ by at least 20% from those of the previous corresponding period.

Shareholders are advised that:

-    The loss per share for the interim period is expected to be (3.19) cents per share,
     reflecting a decline of 77.2%, when compared to the loss of (1.80) cents per share
     reported for the prior ended 31 August 2015; and
-    Headline loss per share is expected to be (3.26) cents per share reflecting a decline
     of 81.1% when compared to the loss of (1.80) cents per share reported for the prior
     ended 31 August 2015.

The financial information on which this trading statement is based has not been reviewed
or audited by the Company’s auditors.
