CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS


Shareholders are advised that independent non-executive director, Ethan Dube, retired from the board of
directors of Hyprop (“the board”) at the annual general meeting held on 1 December 2016.

The board thanks Ethan for his contribution to the company and wishes him all the best for his future
endeavours.
