In accordance with Section 122 of the Companies Act 71 of 2008, as amended, we hereby advise
shareholders that the Company was informed today that Anglo South Africa Capital Proprietary Limited has
disposed of their entire direct shareholding in the Company, therefore reducing their shareholding from
9.7% to zero.
