Trading Update



In terms of the JSE Limited (“JSE”) Listings Requirements, companies are required to publish a
trading statement as soon as they become reasonably certain that the financial results for the
period to be reported on will differ by more than 20% from the previous corresponding period.

A review by management of the financial results for the six month period ended 31 August 2016
has indicated that the headline loss per share (“HLPS”) is expected to be between 0.252 cents
and 0.186 cents, reflecting an improvement in headline earnings per share of between 84,5% and
88,5%, when compared to the previous reporting period (2015: HLPS was 1.63 cents per share).
The loss per share (“LPS”) is expected to be between 0.252 cents and 0.186 cents, reflecting an
improvement in earnings per share between 85,0% and 88,9% when compared to the previous
reporting period (2015: LPS was 1.68 cents per share).

The financial information on which this trading statement is based has not been reviewed or
reported on by StratCorp`s auditors. The Company’s financial results for the period ended 31
August 2016 will be released in due course.
