ACQUISITION OF SECURITIES BY ENX GROUP LIMITED (“enX”)

In accordance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act, No. 71 of
2008 (“the Act”) and paragraph 3.83(b) of the JSE Limited Listings
Requirements, shareholders are hereby advised that eXtract has
received formal notification on 28 November 2016 that enX, has
acquired an interest in the securities of the Company such that the
securities held by enX in the Company has increased to 20.88% of the
total issued share capital of the Company.

The increase resulted from the share issuance to enX as part of the
Disposal transaction as per the circular issued on 24 August 2016 to
shareholders and subsequently approved by shareholders on 22
September 2016.

As required in terms of section 122(3(a) of the Act, the Company has
filed the required notice with the Takeover Regulation Panel.
