Due to personal reasons, Ms. Wrenelle Doreen Stander has resigned as an independent non-executive
director of Comair Limited (and her associated positions on the Audit Committee, Risk Management
Committee, Remuneration Committee and Social and Ethics Committee), with effect from 28 November
2016. The Comair Board thanks Ms. Stander for her valuable contribution over the past 8 years.
